EVERY DROP COUNTS: CONSERVE WATER FOR FUTURE Water awareness programs for students and public in general. 97 % of the Earth’s water is salt water. The percentage of the world’s total water is available to drink is less than 1 % ‘Alarming but true’  ‘Are you aware’ - We have less than 1% of Total Water on Earth available for Drinking and Domestic purposes. Human Body is 70% water, people begin to feel thirst after a loss of only 1% of bodily fluids and risk death if fluid loss nears 10%. In India, for agriculture 90%, industry 7 % and domestic 3% is being used. In this regard we aim to create awareness amongst public on the importance of water, to understand and conserve these fast depleting natural resources, diseases caused by chemical or biological contamination of water, and water saving through recycling and purification methods (Example: Rain water harvesting, water treatment, sewage treatment etc.).
